I hope no one has any requirement to call this bunch of useless fools, but if you do then take the following advice.

"customer services" for want of a better title

A. Make sure you have plenty of time when contacting them
B. Stay calm
C. Are in a position to speak to their manager at their convience the next working day.
D. Are able to explain your problem to a different person each time you call, as they will not transfer you!!!
E. Are able to stay calm, after all the above, after providing all the evidence including dealers and ford assessor's verdicts for them to tell you to politely stop bothering them.

In all, after the "customer services" experience, I will not be collecting my , Ford have lost a customer and I will never buy another, nor recommend them to anyone!!

Sad, that such a great car had to be produced by a company that think this is "customer service"

PS.

Should have weighted the last post with.....

The selling Dealership Motors Coalville, have been excellent, good bunch, helpful throughout, especially Anthony who even delivered a courtsey car to Northampton for me.

So even thought I wouldn't recommend Ford, if you want one, go there!!!

They are indeed useless.....

As far for dealerships... they are great at taking your money when buying a car, but when it comes to repairing it under warranty their useless!!!

I also have had bad experiences with Ford and after this car will not be buying another.

This is what I hate about call centres (and yes I've worked in one for a long time so I know how frustrating it gets from both sides!). I have had nothing but polite, courteous people, regular contact, trasnferred to the person I originally talked to, call backs and follow ups from FMC. Bizarre.

Its sad that some (and it really is a minority in these places) just dont care about the person (i.e. the customer) and want their call stats. It ruins company image and loses customers! Surely putting in some effort will cut down on call backs & angry customers?!!

Its unfortunate that you have had such a bad time with them Rob

it has worked and all my queeries got answered this week from My dealer Ford Info web Ford,Info Glasgow, and Customer services, Some of the things I have been asking for 3 months
No Nectar points No Track day and why it revs and stalls all the time and why it took 5 weeks for delivary when I picked one that was sat on a dealer forecourt (I wanted performance blue Piano dash and full leather but it meant a Factory order) My red one has all the spec and was sat there 5 weeks
